I acknowledge and agree that receipt of the above funds by Lakeridge Apartments does not constitute approval of my application to lease. Lakeridge Apartments agrees to approve or disapprove my application within 24 hours from the date hereof. Should my application be approved I shall have a reservation only of the designated unit until the written lease agreement is signed. If Lakeridge Apartments does not approve my application the entire deposit shall be returned. If my application is approved, I can nevertheless cancel my reservation within 24 hours after the time and date of this application and be returned the deposit less 10% representing the showing and administrative expenses of Lakeridge Apartments. If this application is approved and not canceled by me in the time provided herein, the deposit is non-refundable.

I understand that it is my responsibility to contact the main office at 825-0500 to inquire if my application has been approved.
I understand that absolutely no pets are allowed under any circumstance.
I further authorize Lakeridge Apartments to investigate and verify my employment, credit references and criminal history. I accept the fact that the following are not acceptable in my apartment or about the entire complex: pets, boats, trailers and campers.
